1999 Chrysler Town and Country No compression 1 cylinder

I believe its # 6 on the front right has no compression.What do you think it might be and how how big of a job to repair?

best thing to do is take off the valve cover and make sure the valves are still working, make sure they are still there and the pushrods and everythign is hooked up good, if theres still 0 compression and thats all good i would suspect somethign wrong with the piston and the heads will have to come off
