1999 Chrysler Town and Country Leak

I have water leaking out of a hose under the passenger side. I think its a hose that come from the firewall and runs straight down. its a hose that just ens, its not going into anything. It must be there for drainage. do you know what the problem could be.

If it is just clear water, it is the drain hose from the AC condenser.
