1999 Chrysler Town and Country heater fan switch

1999 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

my fan switch will only operate in the high position. Is this a switch issue or a fan issue?

hello, check the resistor assembly. The lower speeds go through a resistor assembly, high speed usually doesn't. I don't have a wiring diagram for the blower motor.
