1998 Chrysler Town and Country wipers stay on

i have a 98 town & country, the wipers come on and stay on as soon as you start the van, i have replaced the multi switch at the steering wheel, and still does it, i also disconected the multi switch and they still come on, replaced both moduals and that didnt help, something is keeping the low speed on can you help thanks

your wiper high/low relay or the wiper on relay may be sticking / faulty. they are both located in the power distribution center (left side of engine compartment).

replaced both relays and now it comes on every 15 seconds, even with the multi function disconeted,,

disconnecting the switch only proves its not the switch at fault..

since relays are known-good and you replaced module already then the wiper motor and circuit board (part of motor) must have closed circuit allowing wipers to run without switch on.
