1998 Chrysler Town and Country ignition switch

i have never had a problem with my ignition switch. the mechanic parked the van outside his garage and i went to pick it up. i have 2 keys and neither one worked. could someone have done something to the switch to cause it not to turn? thank you

I can't think of anything they could have done unless it was purposely done. Did you try the key they used to pull the van out of the shop?
