About 5 minutes into my drive, my van chugged a bit, the "check engine light" flashed briefly, and then I was on my way. No problems. However, 3 days later as I was about 20 minutes into my drive and traveling at about 50 mph, the van began to chug again and then completely shut off. Again, the "check engine light" flashed for just a nano-second. I was able to drive it over to the side of the road and a few minutes later it restarted. It's now at the mechanics' but they can't find anything wrong. All diagnostic codes came back "ok." The mechanic said he would have to duplicate the problem to find the error. So he is going to test drive it one more time but I'm at a loss as to what to do if it checks out "ok" for him.
