will a transmission from a 94 town and country fit into a 98 town and country

Honestly, I don't have the cross reference info. However, they change things so often, chances are there will be differences. In today's cars, the transmission depends on a computer to work properly. If there is something different, you may have trouble. That is why we always recommend direct replacement parts.
