1998 Chrysler Town and Country

Intermittant starting problem and instrument panel stops working (completely shuts down) at times. Sometimes starts for 3 seconds, about 6 times in a row - and then nothing. After car sits an hour or 2 (sometimes longer) then it starts on its own. (30 minutes - 1 day wait).

Replaced ignition switch. This did not help.
