1997 Chrysler Town and Country Window repair

1997 Chrysler Town and Country

how to replace a passenger side window motor? I have a repair manual but it does not cover how to do this. I have the panel off and the motor detached from the door, but the cables are still attached to the window track and I can't see how.

Any help would be great since it is supposed to rain soon.
