1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Where is the water temp. sensor pluged in the block/engine?
My engine temperture gauge does not work what could be the problem?

All engines but 3.0L V6 next to the thermostat housing. 3.0L near the distributor.
