Transmission problem
1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 166K miles

My van will not shift from 2nd to 3rd gear and will only go about 45 mph?I have changed the speed sensor but still the same thing?? Any thoughts?Thanks Greg.
