1997 Chrysler Town and Country No 2-3 upshifts

1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 160K miles

Hi,
This leaked trans fluid from the flywheel housing...I thought it had munched the case as is often seen...However it turned out to be a converter seal. It is a factory replacement trans that was done at 80k, so this trans has only 80k on it.

After 2 weeks it now wont shift into 3rd gear...no codes at present. It has R,1st & 2nd.
What could I look for next?
