1997 Chrysler Town and Country engine oil pressure light ch

I am having an issue with my engine oil pressure light coming on. It seems to come on and chime when I'm at a stoplight and then when I accelerate, the chiming stops and light comes on. I've checked the oil and I know I have a small oil leak but am not sure what else I should do.

Hi
Indicates low oil pressure need to have checked with mechanical gague to see if really low or sending switch faulty. Don't delay if low oil pressure may damage engine ie. $$$$
