1. What is the reasonalbe cost of a rebuilt power steering pump?

2. What is the flat rate labor time to remove old pump and install new pump?

about $350 -$400 to have it rebuilt
and new to have it replaced about 550 to $600

I guess I miss stated my question.

1. I'm interesting knowing the approx. cost of a rebuilt power steering pump as a part.

2. I'm interested in knowing the time allowed per the labor rate guide to install the pump.

With those two pieces of information I can come up with an approx. cost for the job.
