1996 Chrysler Town and Country wont stay running

I have the van and it will start but as soon as I let of the accelerator pedal it dies what could be some of the causes? I just replaced the camshaft position sensor.

Check for vacuum leak
check throttle body and base idle
check and clean idle air valve
