I think you have a simple problem, mostlikely your throttle body is dirty and needs cleaning, also the idle air control valve could be faulty or needs a cleaning, I will send some info on how to do a throttle body service.
We have clean it already.
They tell me it could be the torque converter or something thats locked.

I have no reason to believe that yet, it could be, but I need to know will this restart and sometimes you can drive it> or it doesnt do anything. But shut off when you try to move.

Ok, I have a diagram of the torque converter clutch solenoind. I want you to disconnect the plug, put it to the side out of the way of anything moving. And then start your car and see if you can move it, if you can drive it to the end of the block and back and let me know what happens either way, immediately

If when you start the vehicle after removing the plug, it starts to make noise, then shut it right off, but it shouldnt.

Switch should be in the same location, let me know if it is not, also you can just select 3.8 motor instead of 3.0 when looking it up the way I told you to. But let me know if you need anything additional
