Electrical problem
1996 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my van does not have a distributor cap and rotor, would it still have a ingition signal sensor and would that be causing the engine not to fire up (cranks but won't start, have other posts that explain what has been done, checked, replaced and still the engine won't fire up, the typical ignition system in operation diagram shows a ignition signal sensor, where is it located if you don't have a distributor cap.

Did you visually check for spark at the plugs? Can you check fuel pressure? Any codes?

The crankshaft position sensor should be on the tranny bellhousing. The camshaft position sensor should be on the right side of intake manifold.

With engine cranking, I'd check primary voltage at the coil pack and injectors.
