1996 Chrysler Town and Country charging

our 96 T& C battery went dead got it checked said alternator was bad removed a bench test said it was good they replaced battery 2 day later had same problem they said it needed ecm because it has the voltage regulator in it ordered a rebuilt one still have the same problem ( is the ecm & pcm the same thing)

The PCM and ECM are different. And yes, the regulator is built into the ECM. If everything is new, then you should have them check the fuseable link between the alt and the battery.
