My 96 t& C van stopped suddenly on the highway. Motor turns over with starter. I have fuel and rail. Fuses are good. Have power to injectors. Have no spark. Have repaced coil and crank shaft sensor. My 0bd2 diagnostic tool does not make contact. Any ideas for me to try next.

Hi
if power to injectors then power to coil. Have you checked voltage at coil on Dark Orange wire? Take a test light back probe any of the other three wires at coil crank does light flash( hook clamp to power source)? If no then PCM is not grounding coil to fire and with no comm. Via data port seems PCM is faulty.
Let me know
Thanks for donate

Having trouble understanding what you meant so I will tell you what I did. No power to the orange wire. I used the test light from orange wire to other 3 wires. One flashes when you turn the starter over. What does this mean. Thanks for your help

If no voltage on dark orange wire then there should be no voltage at injectors orange wire cause they receive voltage from same source. Recheck voltage at injectors. If none locate ASD relay in power distribution center underhood. See if it clicks in start if no replace.
