How do you replace a water pump and where is it located?

Depends on which engine you have. A 3.0 L is a Mitsubishi and requires the entire front of the engine be taken apart (special tool for harmonic balancer)and the timing belt removed for pump replacement. A 3.3 is a Chrysler engine and the pump is external, just remove the drive belt, pulley and unbolt it and bolt tehnew one in

Answer took too long and not helpful. I will not use this site again. Another site took 6 min. and was very helpful. The other site gave step by step instructions.
