WHEN I START MY CAR AND PRESS ON THE BRAKES THE GEAR SHIFT WON'T MOVE TO THE DRIVE POSITION. A MEHANIC SAYS IT COULD BE THE BRAKE SWITCH. HE RAISED THE HOOD AND MANUALLY PUT THE CAR IN DRIVE SO I COULD DRIVE IT HOME. COULD IT BE A FUSE?
THANKS, ADOLPH

Have the shift interlock control system checked out and double check if the brake lights are working.
