2005 Chrysler Sebring Water pools under front passenger sea

The water is clear i.e. no antifreeze. It accumulates near what looks like an air vent under the passenger seat. Could this be condensation from the AC?

After much hunting, I located the drain from underneath the car. That was really hard without a car lift. I couldn't get my hand on it but used a shopvac with extender. Hope it worked.
