Why does the passenger side of the car blinker and brake light doesnt work but the right side does?

sounds like you may have a bulb problem, you'll have to check them to see if one of the filaments are blown, one bad bulb can cause one whole side not to work, or one bad ground can cause several other things not to work because they may be on the same ground.
