I am thinking my problem is the TPS sensor. When I am a stop then hit accelerater it hesitates for a second, or if its in park and i rev the engine I can feel it vibrate slightly, but only for a second then it smooths out. No check engine light.

Without a check engine light, everything is a guess. What I would recommend at this point is to check for vacuum leaks.

Let me know what you find.
