2004 Chrysler Sebring Heater Blower Speed

Heater blower speed does not work on high speed. Changed the heater switch with a known good one and it still does not operate on high. Also, looked at the Service Manual and when the blower is on high, it by-passes the resistor. What do you think?

Checks and replace the relay check wiring

Disconnect the blower motor connector-At the blower switch blue and black wire which is the high speed, turn heater On and check for power got power here and nothing at the motor side-this wire is open
