I bought my Sebring convertible 2 years ago this May. Recently (this past summer) it appeared to be straining badly when the top is down and I want to raise it back up. It even stops in the middle, and I have to jiggle the switch to get it restarted. Can you tell me the most probable cause?

The switch for the Top is just like the master switch for the power windows-open it up and inspect and test the switch/connections
