2004 Chrysler Sebring car won't start

Welcome to the forum, the starter doesn't crank? Watch the lites when you try to crank, the lites should react if there is a load on the starter circuit. Did you try cranking in neutral? The black wire with red tracer at the starter should be hot with key in the crank position. The voltage for that circuit, comes from the ignition switch, to the neutral/ trans range sensor, to the starter.
