2003 Chrysler Sebring specify a diagnostic code

I need to narrow down a diagnostic code on my car the code is P0106 the code could be one of three things. a bad map sensor a damaged vacuum hose or a throttle position sensor at least that is what my research tells me. my car will drive when it is cold b ut once i drive it for 15 minutes it will stall out Ex. at a stop light but if I let it sit fot a while it will fire back up but it has been a everyday occourence
