how do you change the multifunction switch and where is teh battery

Remove the plastic covers below the steeing wheel. The switch is held on with two screws and an electrical connector.

If you have the domestic Sebring, the battery is right in front of the left front tire. Turn the wheels to the right, then remove the plastic inner splash shield.
