I have a 2003 Chrysler Sebring and the heater switch in the cab only works on high (3&4) speeds.
Why does it not blow (work) on 1 & 2 speeds.

Why does my heater switch only work on the high speeds (3 & 4) and not on the lower speeds (1&2).
I do get plenty of heat but not on the lower speeds.
