Do you feel a pulsation when you apply the brakes, or does it jerk you from one side of the road to the other?

The car jerks when downshifting when the rpm gets close to 1 it jerk and the needle slightly moves.

Hi:
That isn't a brake problem. It has to do with the transmission. Have the modulator checked by a mchanic. It may need replaced.
