The front wheels are going opposit directions. What could this be?

2002 Chrysler Sebring Wheels are going opposite directions

Could you add a few details??? Is the car going in circles or is the front end jacked up off the ground? If you're spinning one wheel by hand, the other one will spin the other way if it's in park. Were there any problems driving the car?
