My fan motor stopped working in positions 1,2,3 and now only works on #4(high). It was doing fine, shut the vehicle off, restarted later and nothing in those positions. Checked fuses, there seems to be only one 30A fuse for the blower and it is OK. Removed the switch housing and found it to be seperate from the AC and heat ckt board. Any suggestions as to what I might check to find the problem?

Thanks,
sgrg

Check the fan with direct battery voltage and a fuse protescted positive wire. Then test the resistor as shown.
