Dude….that wasn’t very nice was it……….okay……hang in there…..I called them and they are currently closed so I sent an email to Walt. I should hear back from him tomorrow…..please give me your email address that I can give to him…..I am thinking this is a mistake……as I know if you are needing to get those front tires….I know they can get you a good deal….I just picked up a set for my Impala SS……..a set of 255/50ZR-17 Kumho Ecsta ASX – nice and wide…

Hopefully he is in to work tomorrow……but again….we will find out….in the mean time my suggestion is to go to that website….do the tire decision guide and it gives you a bunch of tires to choose from….then sort them by price and pic a top price and select all the tires within your price range and then hit compare…….and then delete at all the ones that don’t show how many miles they will last…..then start looking at the stats….wet/dry traction etc…..then you will narrow it down to a few……then you can talk specifics with them and get their advice at the same time working towards the tire you want and will fit your car.

Okay, great news…..must have been a mix up.

I spoke with Walt a little bit ago. You can call 1-888-541-1777 and you want extension 372. That is Walt. Great guy. Now if you email him it may take a couple of days as they get lots of emails too. Let him know you are the person that called and was turned away and referred directly to him. He will take care of you.

My suggestion, email him with all the info you want, be very specific on your car, model etc. Then ask him to call you once he gets the info and then discuss it.

Hello - Hey one other thing. Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
