I am trying to put a pulley back on to the motor. Before it came off the motor squealed horribly when the heater was turned on. One of the pulley's was loose so i tightened it. The part that came off was the grooved ring that the belt fits into. Is there an easier way to reattach that ring or do i need to take a bunch of stuff off to reattach it?
