2001 Chrysler Sebring most dash lights and all dash acces P

Car wouldn't start and all above noted in the morning after there was a strange sound as removable radio faceplate was taken off dash the night prior. Headlights, power windows, and keyless entry all work, as does chime warning that key left in ignition. Odometer lights work but nothing else lights on dash.

Wasn't aware that this question had even gone thru to you. We rewrote the question and submitted it after further info was obtained. There had been a?"Short" as the face plate for an after market radio was removed on parking the car the night prior. A fuse was blown as you surmised, and all is now well. Thanks.
