2001 Chrysler Sebring Engine swop

I have a 2001 sebring with a junk 2.7 V6 motor and have been offered a 2005 sebring(body junk) with a good 2.4 4cylinder motor, my question is can I fit the 2.4 motor in the 2001 sebring I have the complete car (its running )

Sure, but you'll also have to replace everything else designed to fit the new engine.

Transmission, two half shafts, wiring harnesses, engine computer, transmission computer, body computer, fuel hoses, radiator and hoses, coil springs, exhaust manifold and pipe, catalytic converter, oxygen sensors, fresh air induction system, fuse box, ac compressor and high pressure hoses, and power steering pump and pressure hose.

Everything else is the same.
