my chrysler sabring 01 lxi in the instrument panel comes the words "NO BUS" AND the car doesn't come on i put a new battery but the car still not working

This code is telling you there is a break down of communication between computers in the car. I hate to say it, but you will need to take it to a dealer or shop that has the proper test equipment.
