Need help repairing power steering belt do I have to remove all other belts to get to it and how hard of a job is it to do myself?

P/S belt is the outer belt. So, the alt/AC bet needs no removal. I have written up two instructions, probably under Chrysler Cirrus, Dodge Avenger or Stratus. If you would do the search, you will find a better instruction.

Raise vehicle. Remove passenger side wheel. Remove wheel well cover. Behind the P/S pulley, locate the pivot bolt and two lock bolt. Loosen all of them (15mm wrench). Replace belt. To tighten, attach 1/2" ratchet onto the pivot hole push to tight. Tighten the three bolt. Test for tension. Reverse the rest to finish installation.
