2000 Chrysler Sebring Instrument Panel Light Don't Come On

I've check the fuses to see if they were blown, but they all look OK. Adjusted the brightness control but that don't seem to help either. We can see the clock radio lights are ON and Odometer mileage ON, but not the speedometer.

Could it be that the brightness control has gone bad?

Need to remove the gauge cluster and replace your burned out bulbs.
