2000 Chrysler Sebring

My car makes a squeaking noise every time I turn the wheel, even if my car isn't moving. Any ideas what would cause this?

Could be several things, loose power steering belt, strut bushings, lower or upper ball joints, steering column bearings, need to be more specific where the noise actually comes from.
