1999 Chrysler Sebring whats blowing this fuse

what would cause the ignition/fuel fuse to blow every time i turn of the car?

If that is the fuse I'm thinking about, unplug both 02 sensors, see if it helps anything. Any applicable trouble codes? Is that fuse 5--20 amp in the underhood power distribution center?
