I have two ignition keys for a 1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible with transponder. What are the steps to program a 3rd key?

1. Use key 1 to turn ignition on.
2. After ignition has been on for three seconds, but not more than 15 seconds, turn
ign off. Remove key, insert second valid key, turn ign on, both operation must be
done within 15 seconds.
3. About 10 seconds after step 2, VTSS LED indicator will flash and a single tone
will sound. This indicates system has entered customer learn programming mode.
4. Within 50 seconds, turn ign off, remove second key, insert key to be programmed,
turn key on.
5. After about 10 seconds a single tone will be heard. VTSS LED will stop flashing
and stay on for about 3 seconds, this indicates the key is now programmed.
6. SKIS will return to normal operation immediatly following exit from Customer
Learn Programming mode.
7. Repeat proceedure for up to 8 keys total!
