My car stalls out intermittently at stops and will shut off when driving on the freeway especially when on a slight incline. The auto repair shop cannot get it to duplicate in the shop or on a short drive so they cannot diagnose the problem.

If the problem seems to happen more often when the engine is under a load, my first guess is the fuel pump. Has the filter been changed reciently? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure?
