If you have access to a device high enough to detect blower motor draw it would be worth a shut. Are you replacing parts with cheap aftermarket ones or a genuine part?

I can get you some tests to test the wiring to make sure you dont have high resistance or a short burning it up.

Most times they burn up due to people putting in cheap aftermarket parts. Another high likely hood is that the blower motor is worn out causing too high of a current draw causing the blower motor resistor to burn up. Doesnt take much to cause the resistors to burn.

Could the dash air control (w/push button for air) be part of the issue?
Takes 3 to 5 times before air light will come on
