I've looked around and i can't seem to find what to do about this. When i put gas in my car the nozzle clicks off all the time making gas to spill everywhere. I replaced the gas pump about a year ago and ever since then i've had this problem i took it to a mecanic he said the problem was with the pump but after he took it off he said everything was fine so he doesn't know what's wrong either. any sugestions would be appreciated.

check for a kinked fuel filler hose, or maybe you have a broken, kinked bad fuel vapor vent hose.
