1998 Chrysler Sebring A/C and Cooling fan

My 1998 seabring convertilbe has one fan for both cooling and a/c. the fan turns on for cooling but doesnt not turn on when the a/c is swtiched on. the compressor turns on and the air blows but the fan does not. i already swtiched all teh relays but nothing.

Have you tried running a jumper wire from the battery directly to the fan to see if it is good?
