Heater problem
1998 Chrysler Sebring Automatic

Hi I have a 98 chrysler sebring and my heater works but it blows out cold air, and I was wondering if u can tell me what the problem is.

Check this for me. With the engine running, at normal operating temp, and the heater on, feel both heater core hoses at the firewall. Both should be hot. If one is hot and one cold, the heater core is plugged.

If they are both hot, have the blend door checked. If it isn't working properly, it won't allow the fan to blow air over the heater core. Thus, you don't get heat.
