On the turbo pt you will notice that the oil filter is not very easy to get off I would use a band oil filter wrench or oil filter plyers. You will also need a 13mm to remove the drain plug. The best oil for that car is a 5w-30 synth blend.

Thanks so much for info.
Can I just change to synthetic oil or must I wash old oil out first as I do not know what oil is in the car now?

I would not use full synthetic oil I use sythetic blend in everything I own but that is up to you. Their is nothing special you need to do just drain all of the oil out and change your filter and put in your oil
