2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser vacuum resevour

there is a black box under the right headlight that wraps around the horn. about 6"x8" and has a vacuum line attached to it. It's the other end that's the problem. It has two connections to it and I can't figure out where the plug into. Can you tell me?

I cant seem to find a vacuum diagram of that vehicle anywhere.Are you sure it is vacuum? if it is a resevoir, the other end will need to go to source vacuum (engine). Do the vent controls work ok? if not the line may go to the interior for the vent controls. Listen for any whistling while engine is idling, that may be the leak where it came off from. Is this a GT , Touring, or limited PT Cruiser? maybe that will help me find a vacuum diagram. Have you looked at the underhood stickers? There is usually avacuum diagram on one of the stickers
